Overview : Ariel is a marketing line of laundry detergents made by Procter & Gamble. It is the flagship brand in Procter & Gamble's European, Mexican, Japanese, Brazilian, Peruvian, Turkish, Filipino, Pakistani, Indian, Colombian, Chilean and Venezuelan portfolios. In some U.S. stores, Mexican Ariel is available.

Challenges : To track the campaign performance and sales on regional level/ region wise.

Solution : We have allocated a 10 digit longcode, where any buyer can send the message in a desired format and he/she will get auto reply message that he has been participated. Then on a random selection ARIEL is sending the surprise gift to them.

Outcome : ARIEL came to know that how many loyal customer are there, how their media campaigns are responding to market, as well as this was helping in to word of mouth publicity as well.

It was a very successful program, we worked directly with their agency to deliver the commitment.
