Campaign Name: Digital Communication platform.

Company Overview : In 1993, our first Fitness First club opened in Bournemouth in the south of England. Today we have clubs in 16 different countries, making us a leader in the global fitness industry. In India we have already opened 7 clubs and moving ahead with opening more clubs in the new future. We’ve seen a lot of change in the fitness industry over the years, but our philosophy has remained the same: to offer the best equipment, range of classes, knowledgeable staff and personal advice in a welcoming environment that feeds our members’ motivation.


Requirement : To remind about payment & other health tips to their existing customers.

Solution : At Pracharnama, we have given the SMS API which is integrated in their CRM which automatically send the reminder SMSes to registered members. Apart from this SMS, we also do the  EDM activity on regular basis for entire DELHI & NCR branches. The nature of EDMs are about the diet charts, promotional, transactional & reminders etc. For EDM solution we have registered an other domain which is being used for mailer activity only. We are serving this brand since 3 years in a row with high level of satisfaction.

Pracharnama & Airtel Digital TV - Case Study



Brand Name : Airtel Digital TV

Campaign Name : Auto-SMS Integration in TV Games

Overview : Airtel digital TV is an Indian direct-broadcast satellite service provider owned and operated by Bharti Airtel. Its satellite service, launched in 2008, transmits digital satellite television and audio to households in India. It uses MPEG-4 digital compression with DVB-S2 technology, transmitting using the satellite SES-7 108.2°E. As of 28 November 2014, Airtel digital TV has total 383 Channels and Services including 25 HD channels.


Requirement : They are looking for auto sms alerts of scores on mobile phone through playing the game on Airtel Digital TV.

Solution: We at pracharnama, designed the API as per their CRM and other software requirement which have taken approx 7 working days and then we integrated the system with the server and softwares both. This was on high priority rout where SMS reaches to player with 5 seconds of triggered. It was a very tech experience to work with a telecom giant.

Pracharnama & Pizza Hut - Case Study



Brand Name: Pizza Hut

Campaign Name: Birizza - "Biryani" New Product from Pizza Hut.

Overview: Pizza Hut is an American restaurant chain and international franchise, known for pizza and side dishes, it is now corporately known as Pizza Hut, Inc.They have launched new product Birizza ( Biryani at Pizza Hut) to increase the up sale & cross sale in the market.

Requirement : To increase the traffic on the website and convert the business from them.

Solution: We at Pracharnama executed the campaign for "Birizza" through mailers. We have send the 20 million mailers and it well resulted up to 7% of open rates and 2% of CTR. The expectation of delivery has been meet out at the same day of campaign. We did multiple repeated campaign after this. We also worked for other brands of the same group.

Pracharnama & Star Sports TV - Case Study



Brand Name : Star Sports Television

Campaign Name : Branding of Star Sports - Cricket World Cup - 2015

Overview : It is available in India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other Asian territories. The network is the official Asian station for the Barclays Premier League. Between 1991 and 1993, the channel was known as Prime Sports. On 1 January 2008, the logo was changed at midnight. The new logo's design is similar to those of STAR World (until 2010 with exception of India) and STAR Movies (until 2011 in selected Asian countries which were to be re-branded to FOX Movies Premium).

Requirement : To increase the viewership of Live Match Streaming of Cricket World Cup 2015 on Apps & Website.

Solution : We at pracharnama design & execute the campaign for star sports to go on Applications Advertisement on iOS and Android both. Also we started the banner ads on web inventory as well in our network. We have delivered the Visits & clicks as per expectation. There was a challange where we have to work on off days ( Saturday & Sunday) and the web inventory is down of off days. Also there was a cap of 90 seconds for one visit count. but yes! proudly we deliver the expectation and commitment.

Outcome : The visits on the site was tremendous, and we got the opportunity to work with start sports for entire duration of Cricket World Cup - 2015.

Pracharnama & Jabong.com - Case Study


Brand Name : Jabong.com

Campaign : Branding in Elite Segment/ Smart Phone Users.

Overview : The site started operations in January 2012. It was co-founded by Arun Chandra Mohan, Praveen Sinha, and Lakshmi Potluri after which Manu Jain, and Mukul Bafana joined the organization. The managing officers are Arun Chandra Mohan and Praveen Sinha. In March 2013, Jabong was shipping 6000-7000 orders a day. According to the The Economist, Jabong clocked gross sales of around US $100–150 mn in 2012. As per the Livemint article, during September 2013 Jabong was shipping 14,000 orders on a daily basis out of which 60% were from small towns.
Requirement : Jabong.com was targeting the smart phone users in metro cities.

Solution : It was a CPC camapign on mobile devices through banners. We at pracharnama, design the campaign in our Apps Prachar network, and run the banner on national level on 26 apps over android and iOS both. The campaign was for 10 days only and the expectation has been meet in very first 4 days. So it was a very successful campaign for Jabong.com with Pracharnama Media.

Outcome : The Application of Jabong.com has been downloaded more than the expectation from the campaign and sales also increased respectively.

Campaign Name : eCommerce EDM Circulations

Overview :The company has a presence in over 100 countries, serviced through 15 marketing offices and representatives in India, US, Europe, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, Egypt, Argentina, Chile, Malaysia and has tie-ups with many global optical media storage business manufacturers. The company's products are being sold to more than 82 countries. Its products are manufactured at its three manufacturing facilities located in the suburbs of New Delhi employing over 8,000 employees. Through its wholly owned subsidiaries, the company manufactures photovoltaic cells and modules using crystalline silicon and thin film technologies.


Requirement : moserbaer.in is the ecommerce portal of company and they wanted to increase the online sales through this channel, using EDM, SEO, PPC etc.

Solutions : We at Pracharnama Media, develop a strategy where we have given two way EDM circulation to company, one they, can send EDMs to their existing customers and dealers to increase the UP SALE & Cross Sale. We have given a platform by which they were sending the mailers and tracking the same, like Open Mails, Click Mails, Bounce Mails etc. 
Secondry, we have circulated the offers through EDM in our publisher network which resulted well, it was CardDrive, Pendrive, Customized printng on drive campaign. That was amazing experience to work here.

Outcome : The leads/ sales was more than expectations, it it become a fruitful entity for company within short span of period. Parallel the message goes to online buyers as well that moser baer is selling directly their products online on moserbaer.in

Pracharnama & Lava Mobiles - Case Study


Brand Name : LAVA ( Lava International Ltd.)

Solution Name : Application Programmer Interaction Tool with CRM

Overview :LAVA International Ltd is an Indian mobile handset company with its headquarters in Noida, New Delhi and regional offices across India. Lava's product portfolio includes smartphones, tablets, feature phones and IT accessories. Lava Mobiles was co-founded by Hari Om Rai, Sunil Bhalla, Shailendra Nath Rai and Vishal Sehgal in 2009.


Requirement : Lava IT team wanting to make an automated system for dealers transactions and phone sales management in one go. 

Solution : We at Pracharnama given them the tool of API for SMS which is compatible to their CRM module in which they have integrated our system with the help of our IT professionals. Once any sim inserted in any mobile phone, automatically a SMS send to a longcode ( provided by us) and this inserted the information of IMEI number in to SAP.  
In second solution, every time dealer/ seller were worried about their incentives, commissions, so there is a system where daily an auto triggered SMS goes to dealers with their daily sales and incentives. Also dealers/ sellers get information about payment processing, received, failure etc.

Overview :The company was founded in 1918, and has grown to become one of the largest Japanese electronics producers alongside SonyHitachiToshiba and Canon Inc. In addition to electronics, it offers non-electronic products and services such as home renovation services. Panasonic is the world's fourth-largest television manufacturer by 2012 market share

Challenge : Hard to find the nearby store easily, within 10 days solution required.

Solution : We have created an interactive medium over SMS (shortcode) and created a server on back hand where all the dealers approx 10 thousands across the product of Panasonic has been listed. we have given the trigger of city with 5 to 6 miss spell combinations as well. it was fabulous solution for Panasonic and we have developed, tested ad delivered within 2 weeks.

Example : if you are in Gurgaon and wanted to know about stores, simply type PANASONIC (space) Gurgaon and send to 53030. you will get the SMS list of all gurgaon city dealers. if you miss spell Gurgaon to Grugaon or Gurgoan  or gurgan the system will automatically find it.

Outcome : Panasonic putting huge advertisement in news papers and putting the details of dealers in the city down to creative which was not covering the entire list as well as it was cost consuming too. in this case only this below line is usefull : to find nearest dealer type PANASONIC <space> LOCATION or PIN CODE to 53030.

Brand Name : ARIEL ( Washing Powder Brand by P&G)

Campaign Name : Loyality Programe & Call to action.


Overview : Ariel is a marketing line of laundry detergents made by Procter & Gamble. It is the flagship brand in Procter & Gamble's European, Mexican, Japanese, Brazilian, Peruvian, Turkish, Filipino, Pakistani, Indian, Colombian, Chilean and Venezuelan portfolios. In some U.S. stores, Mexican Ariel is available.

Challenges : To track the campaign performance and sales on regional level/ region wise.

Solution : We have allocated a 10 digit longcode, where any buyer can send the message in a desired format and he/she will get auto reply message that he has been participated. Then on a random selection ARIEL is sending the surprise gift to them.

Outcome : ARIEL came to know that how many loyal customer are there, how their media campaigns are responding to market, as well as this was helping in to word of mouth publicity as well.

It was a very successful program, we worked directly with their agency to deliver the commitment.
